You can also make your very own capers from whole eggplant or tomatoes.
But you can also buy frozen capers or capers that have been fried, cooked, or braised.
To get started, just follow these simple steps:1.
Bring the oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper to a boil in a large skillet.2.
Add the chicken and cook, uncovered, for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the chicken is cooked through and the chicken has a crisp skin.3.
Add 1 cup of capers, about two cups if you’ve got the chops.4.
Cook, uncovered for about another 10 minutes.5.
Serve with some sliced cucumber or a dollop of cream cheese.6.
