I get a lot of emails asking me why I’m drinking coconut rum.
The first thing that comes to mind is, why do I have to drink this stuff?
The second thing that’s on my mind is I just want to be a normal person and just have a normal life.
I know I’m not going to be normal for very long, so why would I need to drink it to make it so?
So I decided to find out why people are drinking coconut water.
First, I wanted to see if there were any correlation between alcohol consumption and the type of coconut water they were drinking.
Coconut water is typically made from coconut milk, which is made from a plant called palmsprout.
Coconut milk contains more sugar than other types of milk, and is high in fat, which makes it a good source of calories.
But it’s not a whole lot of calories for the average person, which leads to its popularity among young adults, who typically have lower body fat.
So coconut water has also been shown to be high in calories.
So I was interested to see how many calories coconut water contained.
I made my own Coconut Water Calculator, which looked at the amount of calories in a cup of coconut milk.
The calculator calculated that, for an average person to drink coconut water, they’d need to consume about 10,000 calories.
Coconut Water and Health One of the biggest issues with drinking coconut juice is that it contains a lot more sugar, which can lead to weight gain.
So it was a good idea to do some research on how to reduce your sugar intake.
Coconut juice can contain as much as 100 calories of sugar per cup.
And it can be difficult to cut back on calories from other sources, like alcohol.
So if you’re looking to reduce sugar intake, then you can’t just go out and get a can of coconut juice.
Instead, you’ll need to cut out a few other things that can be a source of sugar: sugar in processed foods, processed meats, and artificial sweeteners like aspartame.
But coconut water is one of the best sources of sugar for the most part.
The reason coconut water can be so great for weight loss is because it contains as much sugar as other types.
Coconut oil, the fat in coconut milk and the oils in processed food, contain about 1,000 to 2,000 times more sugar per tablespoon than regular coconut oil.
That’s because coconut oil contains an enzyme called stearic acid that converts sugar into carbon dioxide.
This carbon dioxide is then released into the environment.
Coconut products are also rich in vitamins C and E. Coconut can also be a great source of vitamins B1, B2, and B12, which are good for your health.
Coconut is one the most healthy foods you can consume.
If you want to lower your sugar and cholesterol, you should add coconut oil to your diet.
Coconut Oil Is Low in Fat Coconut oil is often compared to butter, because it has the same fat content.
Coconut has less fat than butter, and its fat content is usually around 15 to 20 percent.
But that doesn’t mean that coconut oil has zero calories.
When you add coconut to your food, you’re actually adding more calories than when you add butter to your meal.
Coconut also has a lot less saturated fat than other foods.
That means that it’s actually quite low in saturated fat, because you’re only adding about 0.5 to 1 gram of saturated fat per 1 tablespoon of coconut oil you use.
That makes it really, really good for you to use in recipes, because coconut has about 2 to 4 grams of saturated fats in a serving.
If coconut oil is high on the list of healthy fats, it’s because it’s high in omega-3 fatty acids, which have been shown in some studies to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.
Coconut contains a bunch of antioxidants, like Vitamin C and Vitamins A and D, which help protect your body against many of the things that contribute to your heart disease risk.
It also contains antioxidants that are important for the immune system, such as Vitamin E, Vitamin B12 and Selenium.
So Coconut Oil is Good for You One of Coconut’s biggest benefits for weight control is its ability to help you lose weight.
When people add coconut water to their diet, they often do so with a higher fat content than if they used butter.
